Mom Brunch
Mom Brunch: Abs & Ass for the Hot Mom
Join Hot Mom Fitness & Wellness for Abs & Ass. The day will begin with a conversation about how pregnancy impacts a woman’s body. We will discuss exercises that target the specific areas of impact. The discussion will be followed by a 30-45 minute fitness class where we show you how to use these techniques at home. The day concludes with a delicious brunch buffet. This event is sponsored by BFR Bands and Hot Mom Fitness. All participants will be entered into a drawing to win their own set of BFR Bands, as well as Hot Mom Gear. Space is limited, so sign up now. We are also offering onsite child care for an additional fee. We look forward to seeing you there.

Mommy and Me Retreat
